Robert Abbey, Consultant solicitor with Russell Jones & Walker Solicitors; Senior Academic at the Department of Applied Legal Studies, University of Westminster,Mark Richards, Solicitor; Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of WestminsterRobert Abbey is Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). He is a former Deputy Adjudicator to HM Land Registry and Professor of Legal Education and Practice at the University of Westminster. He was formerly a partner in a central London solicitors firm specialising in all aspects of commercial conveyancing and property law.
